OBJECTIVE
To activate wealth building within the Black Business world.
Inspired by someone who had financial questions. This won’t be a popular post. Some will be offended. The intended purpose is to enlighten. Hope we are still friends after this because I’m going to go into a deep vortex this morning and it will be a very turbulent ride.
WHY BLACK NPOs DONT GET FUNDED:

0) They do not STOP and REAL EYES to join forces and get the money TOGETHER, then go back and do what they were doing. <- this is the single most plague in the Black community and Black NPOs at this point in time. #ThisPointInTime, yes the past has afflicted us terribly, but AT THIS POINT IN TIME we can CHANGE that affliction into affluence in an hour! All those years of oppression can be flipped in 24 hours!
People refuse to work together due to RIGHTFUL:
- Trust Issues (Anger)
- Egos (Pride)
- Ignorance (Fear)
- Trauma (Pain)
No blaming. No shaming. But each of these AND more all = P O V E R T Y
Poverty = Deficit
Deficit =
- Trust Issues (Anger)
- Egos (Pride)
- Ignorance (Fear)
- Trauma (Pain)
Wash. Rinse. Repeat.
BREAK THE CYCLES
Break the cycles and you will find that pot of gold at the end of that storm and end of that rainbow!

Caucasian orgs who despise each other will join forces to get the money “for the cause”. Blacks don’t do this well at all. When we don’t like someone, typically, we are DONE-DONE.
For those who know racism and discrimination are rampant this really needs to wake you up! Racism after 1,000 years and discrimination after 600 years is not an excuse -> its a monument, it’s a reality (albeit someone else’s, but a FACT of the matter and MATTER OF FACT at this point so don’t complain get CREATIVE) #CreativePower is much greater than any racism.

POVERTY MINDSET
If you are spending and not investing you are ECONOMICALLY CASTRATED. I will pay my mortgage 29 days late to invest in something. I strongly believe in #CREDIT too much to do what BILLIONAIRE Elon Musk did and not pay his bills at all to FUND his dream, but you must be willing to take a hit to make more money. It takes dough to make bread. It takes money to make money. This is the 2nd most single way people STAY broke. You don’t take risks that evolve into profit.
LACK OF KNOWLEDGE MEANS LACK OF COMPREHENSION
People play like they don’t know -> some don’t know but refuse to do research and instead of coming into the group asking questions, they can be coming here ADDING value and providing ANSWERS and SOLUTIONS. I’m not going to lie, I have used social media to ask questions too! I’m saying that I limit that and do the research and APPLY the knowledge (WHICH IS WISDOM) and THEN I post answers and solutions with my own testimonies. We communicate ALL day but don’t comprehend and we all know that’s a war!

- Call Millionaire dollar NPOs and volunteer in exchange for info
- all the grant writers who have gotten funded!
- all the NPOs who have been funded here!
We have the formula we need to bake the cake!

ALL NPOs are PUBLIC so the public owns the org not you, not your passion, not your vision, not your personal story, not your why, not your how, not your who...
Most NPOs fail to get the public buy in and try to do so much or everything on their own! This baffles me! The struggle is NOT real it’s psychosis and just because you can “handle it” doesn’t make it good! STOP and get 1,000 people from the public involved! Run your NPO like a presidential election! That’s the KEY -> listen there are well over 1 million people in most cities. Take a year or 2 and go DOOR TO DOOR if you have to and get people’s VOTE aka support! It’s a ton of work but it WORKS!
You want to stay online (especially due to COVID19) you fundraise EVERY DAY! You pay for an ad on social media or google Ads! You everyday and when I say “You” I don’t mean JUST YOU -> I mean the org, the team the PUBLIC to whom the org belongs to. You have to put in to get out.
Stop investing in t-shirts and stuff and start raising money as a collective and start treating your org like a trillion dollar business and that will help!
This means study trillion dollar businesses and do what they do! Not how they do it, but what they do.
This message isn’t for everyone obviously, but it was inspired by a young lady truly seeking answers and I don’t know how not to be direct about this because my highest intention is that everyone be able to say: IGotFunded and be able to become First Generation Millionaires!!!
Which is why I started these platforms because these horror stories are vexing and I want to commit purpose to that pain and turn that pain into the very prosperity we all deserve. You get what you deserve. Deserve is 2 words:
1. De (OF)
2. Serve (SERVICE)
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GIVE ANYONE ANY MONEY
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO JOIN FORCES TO MAKE IT!
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE MILLIONS TO RUN YOUR NPO
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE THE WORLDS VERSION OF RICH OR WEALTHY
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SEND ANYONE ANY MONEY TO SUPPORT THEM
This again was inspired specifically by someone wanting to know about economic empowerment for their org and wondered why Black NPOs had harder financial struggles / challenges opposed to their counterparts.
We all have been of service and IN service we want our funds so we can keep on keeping on! #WealthIsABirthright #WealthIsACivilRight and above all #WealthIsATeamSport.
